Audi announces three new variants of its ionic E-Tron GT, its prominent replacement to the R8 supercar, these include the S E-Tron GT, RS E-Tron GT, and the RS E-Tron GT Performance.

These new E-tron variants intend to boost range, performance, and charging, this includes new suspension for a better balance of comfort and dynamics driving.

The E-Tron GT Quattro has been thrown at Audi for the past few years, The Porsche platform vehicle is helping the brand to lead the way and establish a new electric future. The brand has also debuted its first fully electric RS performance model and these new models are now available to order.

‘With the e-tron GT models, we are setting new standards in performance. The increased charging power and electric all-wheel drive ensure improved long-distance capability and considerably more performance. The newly developed chassis offers an unprecedented range between driving comfort, ride comfort, and driving dynamics,’ says Gernot Döllner, Chairman of the Board of Management of AUDI AG.

The three new models arriving in 2025 are all outfitted with distinctive facial features, these also bring along improved batteries, AWD powertrain upgrades, and chassis improvements. Outside the Audi family brand, the closest competitor is its Porsche Taycan sibling built upon the same platform, these models share more than an intricate layout.

E-Tron New Design 2025

The design changes go far beyond its facial features, yes the new grills are distinctively fresh, and the RS models come with wider air inlets with true Audi-like (L) racing element shapes. The overall bodywork seems slicker with a more subtle Audi space-ship-style sheet of curtains hanging over the body, giving the rear-end a very prominent feel.

There are options for a new panoramic sunroof that can change opacity from clear see-through to opaque with one touch of a button.

E-Tron Performance and Pricing

Audi stated that the new performance variant is the company's first fully electric RS model, the new and fastest E-tron can achieve an acceleration from 0-62 mph in 2.5 sec, with a top speed of up to 150+ mph.

The pricing starts from 126K euros for the S E-Tron GT, the RS E-Tron GT starts - at 147K euros and the road-legal beast that is the RS E-Tron GT Performance comes in at a whopping 160K euros.
