The Swedish automaker Polestar plan to unveil their long-awaited 4th vehicle, I believe this is what the Polestar 4 SUV could look like once it's released in 2023. This concept design was created by Jasper.

At the first glance from the front it looks like the Polestar 5 GT Sport Sedan, however, looking at the alternative angle you will realise it's high off the ground and it's bulkier.

From this rear, this concept car fits the description of the Polestar 4 crossover SUV perfectly, unlike the Polestar 5 sedan which is a sports EV, the images here are that of a utility vehicle.

The Polestar 4 is a direct competitor towards the Tesla Model Y, the image below displays the mysterious Polestar 4 covered up. Unlike the newly released Volvo EX90 SUV which seats 7, The Tesla Model Y and Polestar are both mid-size family SUVs, they are not fully-fledged SUVs.

We have created a video about this concept car. Please check it out for a more visual perspective.

This is Volvo's new flagship Fully-Electric SUV, dubbed the EX90. The EX90 is being built on Volvo's new Scalable Product Architecture (SPA2), which is also been used for the Polestar 3 SUV. The Polestar 4 will sit on the PMA platform.

Polestar part owner Geely Auto Group has moved to the SEA (Sustainable Experience Architecture platform), this is an evolution that has surpassed the PMA platform in specifications.

  1. Volvo EX90 electric vehicle will have 300 miles of range, a starting price under $80,000, and a host of high-powered tech from suppliers like Google, Qualcomm, Luminar, Nvidia, and more.
  2. The Volvo EX90 initial UK price starts from £96,255 and the future versions are set to start from £75,000.

The Polestar 7 is an unowned model, unreleased by Polestar however this vehicle has been rumoured by the company CEO Thomas Ingenlath. The CEO has said "For us, what is important is to come to Europe at some point in time. And that could be around the time we start making the Polestar 7."

This statement from the CEO has captivated the Polestar community and it's created an easter egg hunt, we are all wondering what the Polestar 7 could be. I've considered everything from a pick-up truck, a 7-seater SUV, and perhaps a new sedan or another supercar to rival the company's very own Polestar 6 Roadster which will begin deliveries to customers in 2026 starting with the limited 500 LA Concept Edition as shown below.

The is Polestar 5 GT Sport Sedan shown below. The company currently manufactures all their cars in china, in late 2023 they will begin manufacturing the Polestar 3 SUV at the Volvo factory in the USA, Charleston - SC. The idea that Polestar could build a factory in Europe is very captivating hopefully that factory will be dedicated to producing the Polestar 7 which is even more exciting for all Polestar fans worldwide.

Polestar could be considering another sports sedan, if they are it could look somewhat similar to the Polestar 5 and the concept shown below.

Polestar is receiving $1.6 Billion Dollars. “Volvo Cars is providing USD 800mn principal amount 18-month term loan, with an equity conversion option for Volvo Cars. This loan amount is on par with the direct and indirect financial and liquidity support that Polestar’s other major shareholder, PSD Investment, is providing.” Via Polestar Investors Docs

The Swedish EV startup Polestar has officially produced 100,000th Polestar 2's. “In our industry, there’s a lot of talk about 0-100. Sure, speed can be thrilling when driving, but the speed in delivering potential climate solutions is what actually matters. And speaking of which, Polestar 2 went from 0-100,000 in only 2.5 years.” Polestar Statement
